I am using many of the TEAM therapy techniques developed by Dr. David Burns. These methods allow client and therapist to work together to develop a truly individual agenda. With this approach we can unearth long-standing negative perceptions and behaviors that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and joyful life.
